BOOKING TERMS:

GENERAL: Other arrangements for booking rules can be made. If no specific agreement was
reached, the following rules applies. Los of key should be replaced by 1000:- SEK.

BOOKING is binding once it has been confirmed. Confirmation may be made orally or in writing.
If the agreement made by telephone shall constitute a confirmation. When booking,
the name, address, telephone and e-mail provided and details of arrival and departure dates.
Time of arrival / check-in is 17:00 to 21:00.

GROUP BOOKING: Provisional Bookings can be made up to 2 months prior to the reservation, with free cancellation right. 20% of the reservation, the booking fee paid in order to ”unlock” the reservation. Booking fee is not refundable on cancellation or no show. The balance must be paid 3 weeks before booking. Reservation Priority: 1: Paid reservation fee, 2: Provisional Bookings, 3: Enquiry / Quotation.

E-POST/ON-LINE: Booking by e-mail or online must be accompanied by an acknowledgment to be valid.

CANCELLATION AND NON-ARRIVAL: Cancellation must be made at the latest. 18.00 the day before arrival, unless otherwise agreed. Cancel you will be charged for 1 day. This also applies to non-arrival. For groups see group bookings.

LEAVE BEFORE THE STIPULATED PERIOD: Have you booked for some time, but depart before that time expires, you have to pay the same compensation as a late cancellation in addition to the price for the time you spent here. You will be charged then for 1 additional day.

PAYMENT is due upon arrival. Booking fee / deposit may occur. For groups see group bookings.

DAMAGE: The Nordic law, the landlord is responsible for you and your possessions, only injury to the lessor’s staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES: guests are responsible for harm that he or his guests are causing in Solhaga holding area.

PETS are allowed, special arrangements are available for dogs.

SMOKING: In violation of the smoking ban landlord has the right to charge additional costs for laundry, cleaning, etc.

CAMPING: Check in 17:00 to 21.00. Check out the day before departure 17:00 to 21:00. See also our special rules for the campsite.
